- Do I need to sign up for the challenge?
- Yes, all challenge participants must sign up digitally on the Barry’s site, however, when and how you choose you take your classes is up to you. Although they do not count as a sign up, we have tracker cards in studio to help you check off your completed days.
- When will I get my prize?
- Once you've completed Hell Week, your LSKD will be ordered and delivered to your home studio in the following weeks. Your Academy Stars will be automatically added to your account.
- Do RIDE and LIFT classes count?
- If RIDE x LIFT or LIFT classes are available in your region, these classes are a great compliment to the RUN x LIFT Red Room experience and will count towards Hell Week. Barry's X does not count towards this challenge.
- Is there a prize for finishers?
- Yes! Every finisher of Hell Week will receive a prize of an exclusive LSKD Trucker Hat and 700 Academy Stars.
- I just started at Barry's. Can I do this?
- Barry’s is inclusive. You can do this! Hell Week is a great chance to try out each different muscle focus of the week and to experience the amazing sense of community. We encourage you to modify if necessary. Don’t forget to notify your instructor of any injuries or concerns.
- Do I need to buy a special package to participate?
- No. You can use any class package or membership to complete the challenge.
- Do classes in other regions count towards the challenge?
- All studios in the US, UK and Canada are participating. Check with your local studio to confirm prizes and to track classes outside of the region you signed up in.
