- Is there a prize for finishers?
- Yes! Every finisher of Hell Week will receive a prize of either a 3-pack of shakes from the Fuel Bar and 700 stars in the Academy or a 6-pack of grab & go items and 700 stars in the Academy. This is solely determined by whether or not your home studio has a Fuel Bar.
- When will I get my prize?
- Once you've completed Hell Week, your prize of either a 3-pack of shakes from the Fuel Bar OR a 6-pack of grab & go items + 700 stars in the Academy will be added to your account by August 31 and will be confirmed by email.
- Do I need to sign up for the challenge?
- Yes, all challenge participants must sign up digitally on the Barry’s site, however, when and how you choose you take your classes is up to you. Although they do not count as a sign up, we have tracker cards in studio to help you check off your completed days.
- Do classes in other regions count towards the challenge?
- All US studios excluding Miami are participating. Canada will be participating as well, while the UK will not. Contact your local studio for tracking classes outside the region you signed up in.
- Do I need to buy a special package to participate?
- No. You can use any class package or membership to complete the challenge.
- I just started at Barry's. Can I do this?
- Barry’s is inclusive. You can do this! Hell Week is a great chance to try out each different muscle focus of the week, as well as to experience the amazing sense of community. We encourage you to modify if necessary. Don’t forget to notify your instructor of any injuries or concerns.
- Do RIDE and LIFT classes count?
- If RIDE and LIFT are available in your region, these classes are a great compliment to the Red Room experience and will count towards Hell Week. Barry's X classes do not count towards this challenge.
